In the role of Director, Engineering – Supply Chain One Best Way (1BW) Team, you will report to the Senior Director, Learning and Development and will lead a team of managers. The role is based in Bentonville, Arkansas.

What you’ll do…

• Develop and implement processes, technologies, and material handling equipment improvement strategies across domestic networks
• Collaborate with senior and executive leadership to develop sustainable supply chain strategies
• Manage initiatives to reduce operating expenses within the supply chain and enhance services
• Direct the analysis and design of new distributions centers and processes
• Direct the identification and implementation of initiatives to reduce operating expenses within the supply chain
• Provide guidance and drive execution of logistics engineering projects
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
• Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics

You’ll sweep us off our feet if you…

• You have Industrial Engineering background / experience in IE field work
• You have operations experience in manufacturing or within facets of supply chain / distribution
• You have experience in automation process design, integration of new technologies/innovative solutions, and cross functional team collaboration
