DIRECTOR, PAYMENT SERVICES, TREASURY – FINANCE

Essential Functions

An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Develop and execute strategies to lower Walmart’s cost of payments acceptance by forming cross-functional teams; auditing processes to maximize cost efficiencies; and overseeing Associates' implementation of the processes. 
• Utilize understanding of payments systems and contract management skills to partner with vendors to grow value, reduce costs and mitigate risks. 
• Possess a knowledge of payment system drivers such as approval rates, fee structures, chargebacks, compliance, and fraud mitigation with an understanding how changes in the processing environment impact our customers, business and industry.
• Play an active role in the larger payments and financial services team to develop leading edge strategies in the fields of payments and financial services
• Build products and solutions that can be used to create global leverage and lower expenses

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field and 4 years experience in Finance or related field OR 8 years experience in finance or related field. 2 years of supervisory experience OR 2 years experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
