  • You are familiar with leveraging data to inform decision making and influence recruiting strategy

You’ll make an impact by…

  • Providing strategic recruiting leadership to a functional area by developing and communicating sourcing strategies to supply talent to customer base; aligning the recruiting team to support the business; ensuring tools and systems are in place to recruit quality candidates; and communicating and executing employment value proposition.
  • Advising and facilitating recruiting capabilities across assigned business segment and partnering with internal teams to evaluate recruiting capabilities; identifying gaps in capabilities based on recruiting expertise and expectations; providing guidance and expertise in building a professional recruiting organization; consulting in the development of processes, tools and systems to facilitate effectiveness and efficiencies ; sharing global and market-specific recruiting best practices and industry trends; and sharing strategies and best practices related to the executive recruitment process.
  • Building and maintaining partnerships with business leaders to ensure talent acquisition activities meet business needs by advising business divisions on recruiting solutions, policies and procedures; collaborating with business divisions on workforce planning and talent review activities ; meeting with business division leaders to understand talent gaps, potential attrition, and high potential talent in business division; incorporating information into business division recruiting strategy and initiatives; providing consultation and recommendations on how to fill talent gaps and increase diversity representation; creating plans and events that address business division talent gaps; utilizing workforce planning data to align and organize recruiters' sourcing efforts; and utilizing data and resources to assess internal talent for promotion or exportation to other business areas.
  • Managing segment workforce planning and talent review activities by attending segment talent review meetings to understand talent gaps, potential attrition and high potential talent in business units; incorporating data from talent review meetings into business unit recruiting strategy and initiatives; reviewing workforce planning data with divisions when planning recruiting initiatives or events; utilizing workforce planning and diversity representation data to align and organize recruiters' sourcing efforts; leveraging workforce planning to provide proactive building of talent pipelines ; and utilizing access to talent review to understand internal talent for promotion or exportation to other business areas.
