What you'll do...
We are looking for a Temporary Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team. This will be a temporary assignment that will last up to 6 months, but has strong possibility to be extended. This position is available for remote work. We are looking for someone to assist with organizing and updating online files.
- Coordinates the management of data related to regulatory agency contacts and other data needs.
- Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments
- Supports the life cycle for information systems related to Environmental Health & Safety.
- Assists in representing the company with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies and external organizations
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Supports the implementation of compliance initiatives (for example, store claims processing, storm water fees, waste minimization) aligned with the department's strategic cross-functional risk identification and assessment procedures
