Walmart Connect (WMC) is looking for a Manager of Innovation to join our Omni Capabilities team, which leads WMC’s integration into the broader Walmart enterprise. This role is responsible for aligning strategy and execution process across WMC with Marketing, Store and Site Operations. You will help define their processes, so that our fast-growing, digital advertising business is continually well-informed and well-aligned with new innovation that drives customer experience and commercialization of WMC products. This role works closely with WMC Strategy team on the long range plan to help test and measure offerings and strategic partnerships.
This role will require a multi-dimensional associate that can work across business units in the Walmart enterprise and has demonstrated success in navigating complex, multi-layered organizations to create positive, quantifiable business outcomes. We are seeking an associate that has a strong background in retail, process design, planning and operations. This associate will help with identifying, scoping, executing, measuring and reporting on new innovation opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in marketing or related field OR 4 years’ experience in marketing or related field.
