We’re looking for a dynamic Staff Product Manager who will develop product area strategy, and roadmap by compiling and analyzing customer & seller feedback, site usage, market research, and competitive analysis to drive compelling experiences for Walmart Seller’s Performance Management. They will collaborate with multiple teams to develop and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions, and present product strategy to leadership. They will drive the discussions with tech counterpart and architects to evaluate the need for new infrastructure investments to scale the solutions across markets.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

• You’ve built several solutions from ground up and have taken ideas from zero to one. 
• You use data to drive strategy, decisions, and outcomes.

• Strong experience on UX products and thought leadership to drive delightful experiences for seller journeys
• You’re comfortable working with software engineers to develop scalable solutions.
• You’re skilled at engaging and communicating with senior executives across multiple domains.

• You’re stimulated by challenges and are ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Driving roadmap prioritization, vision, and strategy with internal stakeholders, driving the end-to-end product implementation process 
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to defines success metrics, drive go-to-market strategy and adoption, drive product feature enhancements/iterations 
• Conducting user research and surveys by synthesizing customer pain points; analyzes and visualizes large amount of data into actionable insights and be an advocate of metric-driven decision-making process
• Coordinating post-launch activities to validate that the new features work as designed, collect performance metrics and customer feedback
• Moving fast within our agile and iterative team environment.
