As an Item Operations Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to perform critical item setup & maintenance tasks to enable merchant strategies.
You will work closely with suppliers, merchandising, and technology teams to research and resolve complex issues and remove barriers.
As a key partner in the item management workflow, you will be handling sensitive information, building relationships across the enterprise, and bringing key business strategies to life.

- Ensuring end-user’s needs are met through technology & process
- Prioritizing and simultaneously managing multiple complex issues, tasks, and tickets
- Utilizing and enhancing tools, playbooks, and training materials
- Building strong relationships with merchants, suppliers, and cross-functional partners; leveraging relationships to understand area-specific needs/plans/abilities
- Retrieving, summarizing, and visualizing complex data and processes
- Driving issue resolution through thoughtful research, root cause analysis, impact quantification, remediation plans, trend analysis, and issue prevention
- Partnering with technology and product teams to optimize user experience
- Developing and delivering easily digestible messaging/materials for highly complex systems & processes
