Lead Design Researcher

We are a cross-functional team of survey methodologists, data scientists, designers, engineers, and product managers. As a Lead Design Researcher, you will elevate the voices of our customers and associates to help support our strategic vision. You'll make an impact by:

• Driving the strategy, as well as creating and executing against the associate feedback programs roadmap to scale associate research capabilities and use cases by understanding business objectives and analyzing busines partner needs; ensuring business needs are being met.

• Leading the implementation of associate research programs, projects, and capabilities.

• Driving the execution of multiple business plans, programs, and research projects.

• Working quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality and knowing how to adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the business.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry news and developments.

• Contributing to team processes and standards to help establish best practices for research.

• Adopting an ownership mindset over scaling and governing associate feedback capabilities and having accountability for program success and results.

• Having strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Guiding and mentoring junior associates to achieve broader program and team goals, either formally or informally.

You'll sweep us off our feet if you have...

• Demonstrated success in implementing and leading complex, cross-functional programs and capabilities in a highly matrixed organization.

• A strong working knowledge and extensive experience with sampling techniques, survey design, and associate research methodologies, and how to apply them in a fast-moving organization.

• A Master's Degree or higher in Business, Market Research, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Applied Statistics, Behavioral Sciences or related field.

• The ability to work without close supervision but you seek out and welcome feedback from senior leaders and managers.

• The ability to produce great work in short timeframes, multi-task across different projects and platforms and adapt to the ever-changing priorities of the business.

• Experience in a supplier-side research firm is a plus

As permitted by applicable law, provide evidence of full vaccination as defined by CDC guidelines OR secure approval of medical or religious accommodation for the vaccination mandate., Bachelor Degree and 5 years design research experience OR Masters Degree and 4 years design research experience OR PhD and 2 years design research experience OR 9 years design research experience.
Experience conducting quantitative on-line research projects with systems (for example, UserZoom).
