You’ll make an impact by:
Aligning and Executing to the category strategy: you’ll partner with merchants to align on strategy to then draw floorplans and planograms/modulars that ultimately meet the needs of our customers
Building relationships: you’ll use your influencing and leadership skills to build partnerships with merchants, Mod Managers, Business Analytics, Replenishment, Store Space Managers, and the Supplier Community
Willingness to Learn and Grow: You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to different parts of the business as you grow in the role. You could be drawing floorplans in Electronics one month, executing planograms/modulars for Grocery the next, and analyzing floorplans in Seasonal the next.
Execution Focused: Validates floorplans and planograms for planogram/modular relays and project stores by utilizing space planning software to review accuracy of floorplans and mod drawings; utilizing planogram/modular and category space tools; and comparing planograms/modulars to actual store category space.
Skills/Key Focus Areas:
- Drawing planograms/modulars to bring to life merchant strategies and innovation.
- Executing planograms/modulars to ensure all technical standards are met, allowing the stores to receive and execute strategic merchant direction.
- Building floorplans containing specific placement and space direction for categories to simplify shopping and improve flow for our customers
The hourly wage for this position is $31.32/HR
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation in the form premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
