What you’ll do:
As a Data & Analytics strategist on the Merchant Data Enablement Team, you will be supporting the most critical strategic programs and initiatives that will enable Merchants to serve our customers better. In this role, you will have the responsibility to lead and develop solutions to support frictionless & seamless access to data insights for Merchants. This includes translating business needs into technical requirements, prioritizing, communicating to cross functional technology and business partners and finally testing, socializing, and driving adoption of the deliverable once completed. The role also involves building new and/or transforming existing reporting and analytics products through automation, process enhancements and incorporation of new data sources.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field and 2 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area
Strong communication skills (oral, verbal, and listening) as well as the ability to influence stakeholders and understand their points of view
Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment and works well with ambiguity
Experience in practicing agile methodologies – Scrum, Kanban
Experience in using tools such as Jira Board, Confluence, Roadmap Tools
Technical experience in Data Analytics domain
