• Manage multiple floor plan and modular execution teams by tracking accuracy of work product to end customer; review incoming modular relays and project store floor plan issues and questions; analyze issues to identify directional opportunities, communication, or process improvements needed; recommend and implement solutions to issues and opportunities; collaborate with cross-functional teams to remedy escalated issues; and communicate best practices to cross-functional teams to improve future projects.
• Partner on the execution of modular check in, error resolution, and finalize processes by reviewing reports; utilize category strategy information; proof modular drawings; collaborate with cross-functional teams (for example, Buying, Replenishment); identify and resolve outstanding issues; and request modifications as necessary.
• Work with managers to ensure project stores (for example, new stores, remodels, expansions) are properly trained by working with leadership and cross-functional teams to refine trait changes; request traits and modulars to meet demographic requirements; validate traits provided by category advisors; complete trait surveys; and align with category space to deliver on space allocation.
• Deliver store-specific and project store floor plan solutions based on category space allocation by ensuring floor plan alignment with prototype solutions strategies; optimize space allocation based on category adjacencies and give space allocation; negotiate space-related issues to ensure implementation of the floor plan within the assigned space; assig traits to categories for project stores in the trait system; and enter category space specifications into systems.
• Resolve space planning issues by researching details related to issues; collaborate with internal partners to identify solutions; communicate solutions to stores; and ensure implementation of resolution. Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identify and communicate goals and objectives; build accountability for and measure progress in achieving results; identify and address improvement opportunities; and demonstrate adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and ensuring diversity awareness. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilize and support the Open-Door Policy, provide direction and guidance on applying these in executing business

• Helping solve problems –  Manage inventory and develop strategies to improve in-stocks by evaluating root cause and providing solutions to merchants. 

• Thinking and acting strategically – Oversee the execution of item-level replenishment by tracking modular set dates to ensure product alignment. 

• Implementing complex inventory strategies – Build forecasts to align with merchandising needs, validate and implement new item forecasts and monitor and calibrate store forecasts. 

• Building strategic relationships – Maximize relationships with partners and key stakeholders. Build internal partnerships and support your businesses goals. 

• Operating with excellence – Set an example in managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others.
