The Central Item Level Ledger team is looking for a delivery-obsessed collaborator to join the Global Tech Organization as a Manager I, Technical Project Management (Scrum Master), an individual contributor working alongside talented Engineering teams to deliver NexTech’s digital transformation efforts.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

  • You have acquired Agile certification (CSM, CSPO, PMP, CAPM, CompTIA Project +, CPMP, SAFe, etc.)

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Increasing communication, collaboration, transparency and throughput across the Central Item Level Ledger project and with our stakeholder, managing relationships with geographically distributed teams, stakeholders and third-party vendors
  • Serving as a Scrum Master for one or more teams on the Central Item Level Ledger project, facilitating team sprint ceremonies (daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospectives), developing and maintaining project schedules to track milestones, escalating project-related issues to management according to project guidelines, providing project status reports to stakeholders and management, managing project change control processes, coordinating production issue resolution, gathering and interpreting data/reporting, helping guide teams towards issue resolution and risk management and providing additional support to the team as needed
  • Implementing an Agile framework, usually Scrum, to manage teams engaged in highly complex projects with cross-functional peers, senior leaders/stakeholders and external partners: ensuring the team understands project objectives and timelines, as well as how their deliverables impact the overall program; working with project management to create and consolidate program timelines; communicating iteration/program health in a way that all levels of the organization can consume; collaborating with portfolio partners to resolve program issues and drive mitigation plans; and working with the portfolio team to determine business readiness for implementation
  • Identifying, tracking and reporting out on various metrics/KPIs to help measure the team’s success
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and supporting company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

    • Standard office tools (word processing, spreadsheet, basic database management)
    • Engagement and collaboration tools (Zoom, planning tools, etc.)
    • Agile project management and communication tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
