Key Responsibilities

• Sets product strategy and vision
• Defines, breaks down and plansdelivery of Epic capabilities
• Elicits and challenges appropriately to ensure the business case is a good representation of the business value
• Elicits and challenge metrics; finds creative ways to identify key metrics that help us evaluate business value
• Owns full product lifecycle and ismain point of contact forleadership, business, and tech
• Develops, maintains, andcommunicates product roadmapand priorities while aligning tobusiness and tech priorities
• Financial Strategy
• Drives execution ensuring delivery on-time and in-full (OTIF) while filling in Gaps asneeded
• Ensures realistic timelines
• Aligns MVP definition, expectations, and timelines
• Manages and aligns business and tech expectations on alldeliverables
• Prioritizes product backlog while holding frequent prioritizationmeetings and challenging priority when needed
• Manages risk and proactively identifies and resolves roadblocksescalating when needed
• Conducts frequent business demos while getting fast businessfeedback and adopting it to the product with speed
• Manages internal and external dependencies, orchestratingacross teams as needed
• Accountable for Change Control: approval, backup plan...
• Active Engagement during deployment and own the updates
• Establishes and maintains STRONGbusiness and tech partnership

• Financial Accountability: Approves resource timesheets, updates budget tracker, manage your Annual Operating Budget ensuring we deliver within budget
• Keeps Team Roster current
• Provides input on resource performance
• Partners and collaborates with tech lead
• Drives team process and process improvement
• Establishes and drives team support plan and rotation
• Provides weekly status report
• Communicates Risk transparently
• Escalates to the right level on time
