What you'll do as a Manager of Advanced Analytics...
Influence business decision making by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis of patterns and trends. Our listening channels consist of relationship, transactional & touchpoint surveys, call center and social media.
Generate Insights by building categorization models, tuning sentiment by which it will enable us to focus on what matters the most to delight our members by running complex analysis on large amount of member feedbacks & transactional data.
Develop strong relationships with key cross-functional partners and enable us to answer millions of our member questions without the need to contact our agents for support.
Develop a seamless end-to-end member experience that eliminates current pain points and establishes new "wow" experiences to surprise and delight our members.
How you'll do it...
Data visualization that provides complete member journeys across samsclub.com
Conduct exploratory data analyses to generate hypotheses and identify patterns
Establish, analyze, and report voice of member KPI’s & metrics
Data gathering and analysis to create a processes that integrates VOC insights
Excellent communication skills with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Highly motivated self-starter. Candidate must be comfortable working independently
Experience in text analytics or mining of unstructured data
Experience with SQL, R , Python & any data visualization tool
Experience working with PowerBI, Tableau and Azure databricks
