What you'll do...

Manager II, Finance - Omni Finance - Returns

You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

  • You are experienced in Retail, eCommerce, and/or Returns
  • You have expertise in planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and month end close
  • You are a proven problem solver with high intellectual curiosity and strong analytical & financial modeling abilities
  • You demonstrate super user capabilities in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships
  • You demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to deal with ambiguity
  • You are data savvy and comfortable pulling data using SQL to conduct analysis
  • You have experience with analytic software such as: PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, Looker

You’ll make an impact by: 

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop annual and long-range business plans. Prepare forecast updates on revenue, profit, and other measures. Analyze financial performance and prepare and present financial summaries and business insights to executives.
  • Decision Support: Evaluate business decisions and help management make appropriate decisions, balancing customer experience and impact to sales growth and profitability. Develop and leverage internal and external networks to maximize the achievement of business goals. Research and understand business processes to find more effective and efficient opportunities.
  • Business Partnering: Interact regularly with senior management teams to help them define and enable business strategies. Learn about the business and respond to requests, asking the right questions to determine what data is really needed. Partner with management to continuously improve business decisions and results as well as improve the quality of data on which decisions are made.
  • Leadership: This position will require strong leadership and influence skills. Develop, implement, and improve new and existing financial processes. The ability to jump in and help in a wide variety of projects and programs is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Analytics, Planning, Business Management, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area. E-Commerce experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency.
