Manages the execution of standard processes and controls by providing guidance and expertise on company policies and procedures related to financial controls and systems controls; establishing governance for the department on month-end closings and balance sheet accounts; ensuring account balances are recorded and monitored; ensuring proper controls are present in new and existing financial functions; enhancing and ensuring reporting transparency of company financial systems; overseeing adherence to compliance controls; evaluating current practices on a continuous basis; reviewing and evaluating financial statements to identify unusual account variances; and communicating financial metrics and fluctuations to senior leadership.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related field and 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance,
payroll, information systems, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, payroll, information systems, or related area.
