Manager II, Operations

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

For this role, the individual will be responsible in owning and driving a performance metric (On Time Delivery/Valid Tracking Rate/Cancellations/Refunds). They will work at creating the threshold we hold sellers accountable to as well as to speaking to all of the drivers of the metric they own. The drivers (Late Shipment) add why a metric is not where it should be across the Marketplace.  They will own process improvements, product improvements and work with business teams to create policy and enforcement.  This candidate will need to bring curiosity and strategic thinking to the table.  Always asking ‘why’ and ‘how’ will be constant.  They will need to tell the story of performance to our Leadership team and highlight issues as well as solutions.

• You are able to look holistically at the business, provide data driven decisions and give supporting KPIs that will impact and move the business.

• You like diving into data and providing root cause analysis.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Developing performance thresholds, identify signals and detection mechanisms to that threshold.

• Enforcing and create content that enables our sellers to perform well.

• Story telling. Highlight the problem statement, be able to provide what the drivers are for impacts to the business as well as the solutions.

• Be a forward thinker.  Always look ahead at what could be potentially around the corner.
