Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Do you have a passion for protection?  Come be a part of the Security & Risk team!  The Manager II, Security role supports the Security Operations Division and is primarily responsible to assess risk, identify vulnerabilities, and introduce appropriate security measures to our retail locations.

• You have a security and/or legal compliance background

• You are an effective and clear communicator; written and verbal

• You have previous crisis management experience

You’ll make an impact by…

• Conducting data-driven assessments of internal and external security risks to people, business operations, and assets

• Managing crisis events by rooting out and understanding variables involved and making decisions based upon these variables

• coordinating crisis responders from various disciplines from across the company based upon the needs of the situation

• leveraging partners to bring the proper resources, assets, and services to ensure resolution of the crisis event

• leveraging technology and communications platforms to capture event information and coordinate the event

• Continuous evaluating the effectiveness of existing security programs

• Managing internal and external relationships to prepare and respond to emergency situations

• Implementing related action plans
