What you'll do...
Join the U.S. EH&S Compliance Team to support the development and management of safety related programs. This role is critical as we continue to develop strategies to improve safety and environmental compliance in the Real Estate Division. You will support business partners in responding to regulatory and safety incident responses, building compliance controls, and managing compliance and safety related programs
You'll make an impact by:
Managing regulatory inspections and regulatory responses in a timely and effective manner
Supporting company responses to safety incidents by coordinating investigations, developing corrective actions, and communicating to stakeholders
Driving continuous improvement in safety and environmental related compliance programs such as asbestos, lead-based paint and storm water construction
Developing data analytics that drive continuous improvement
Having a creative mindset that balance compliance requirements, safety and business efficiencies
You'll sweep us off our feet if...
You are a subject matter expert in an EHS related field
You have significant experience managing EHS regulatory responses or have worked as a regulator in the EHS compliance space
You have a risk management related mindset that balances business needs and urgency when managing regulatory compliance related initiatives
You have strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders
You have experience working in cross-functional teams
You possess a degree in EHS or a related field
