What you'll do:
You will be part of the technical program management team driving execution for some of the organization's largest initiatives, creating tight collaboration between engineering and product, and improving our ways of working. You will be focused on being a servant leader and technical scrum master for several of our product teams, ensuring they are performing at the top of their potential. Additional responsibilities include the following:
Drive Agile Scrum ceremonies for multiple product teams
Define goals, deliverables and schedules for managing multiple medium to high complexity projects within a program
Create accountability matrix for your projects
Assess and identify resources required for successful program completion
Identify potential risks for successful completion of your projects
Monitor the program progress against timelines and approved milestones
Lead cross functional coordination meetings to review progress and risks
Comprehend the financial plan for multiple project implementation
Identify internal stakeholders for own area of work and engage on a periodic basi
Build strong relationships within immediate working group
Communicate clearly and concisely in one-to-one/stakeholder meeting involving one-two teams
Demonstrate working knowledge of products and services

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science and 5 years' technical program management experience OR Master of Science and 2 years' technical program management experience OR 8 years' technical program management experience.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Certification(s) in Agile Scrum methodologies
Experience using Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
