As a Manager II, Technical Project Manager, you will have day-to-day responsibility for supporting the management of ambitious, complex software development programs and projects to completion. You will coordinate and be the project team lead (for example, scrum master), leading the activities of multiple cross-functional scrum teams to complete projects in support of our enterprise’s business strategy and objectives. You will be responsible for promoting the principles, ceremonies, and business value of the Agile and program management methodologies throughout the organization; leading and contributing to the development and improvement of the project methodologies; leading Agile ceremonies (for example, sprint planning, backlog grooming, ways of working, retrospectives, program increment planning, scrum of scrums, etc.); and participating in established feedback channels.
Manages geographically distributed teams, off-shore development teams, and third-party vendors (for example, software vendors, hardware vendors, photo vendors, content providers) by coordinating internal and vendor schedules; integrating teams and vendors into project strategy; monitoring and communicating progress status; leveraging Jira to manage sprint cycles; building dashboards in Jira to measure performance; providing executive summaries to key stakeholders and management in Confluence; ensuring delivery of proper functionality; and managing communications from vendors to internal stakeholders.
