This is the opportunity to get in early with a stealth health & wellness project currently incubating in Walmart's Store No8. At Store No8, the team will discover and deliver the insights that will power the future of healthcare for our customers, through the unparalleled scale of Walmart’s platform. In this role, you will contribute to the data science and engineering teams from identifying trends to developing next-gen algorithms.

About the Role
As Strategy Manager you play critical role in bringing this initiative into existence. You will support and drive the key strategic activities required for project growth. You will manage go to market strategy development, strategic planning, executive communications, and small and medium sized strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will partner with data science, engineering, product, Health & Wellness, store operations, and legal teams. You will need to be a self-starter with bias for action and excellent communication skills.

What You’ll Do
Scope and lead small to medium size projects to help initiative reach business goals; projects may include market assessment, product strategy and development, quantitative opportunity sizing, organizational design, and gap assessments.
Develop go to market strategies and assessments for emerging products.
Conduct primary and secondary research on emerging market opportunities.
Determine key implications from analytic insight and translate into compelling 'stories' and presentations for key stakeholders
Communicate important project findings to senior leadership
Support partner teams on regular strategic planning, forecasting and performance management processes, including definition of critical metrics and development of dashboards to track business performance; report findings to team leadership to inform strategy and decision-making
Provide rigorous quantitative analysis and insights to shape and influence project opportunities
4+ years of experience in a Strategy & Operations and/or strategy consulting role
Experience managing relationships and working directly with executive leadership
Experience conducting market research and go to market strategies
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to senior business audiences
Strong positive, results-oriented mindset and willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to succeed in any task
Self-motivated, creative, confident, and energetic personality with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically
BS degree is preferred
