Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Are you ready to join the threat management team for the worlds largest retailer?The Manager II, Threat Management is a critical role charged with conducting insider threat assessments, leveraging technology and tools to enhance current process, and applying your expertise in mitigating risk and threats to the enterprise. You will respond to insider threats and threats of violence by collecting and assessing risk indicators and collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risk for both the business and individuals.

Leveraging your expertise mitigating corporate risk
Contribute to the development of business best practices and procedures that will identify and mitigate insider threats
Collaborating withinternal and external stakeholders
Youll sweep us off our feet if
Youre a subject matter expert in insider threat identification and management, including workplace violence and active shooter
You have experience in counterintelligence, workplace violence, risk analysis, investigations and/or law enforcement (investigating cases of violence , theft of data and Intellectual property)
Youre familiar with threat management within a corporate environment and have a proven track record of success
You are comfortable with technology and how to leverage tools to improve processes
Youre driven to execute and to act quickly
Youre process-minded and look for opportunities to streamline for improved efficiency and effectiveness
You have strong communication skills to interact with leadership and stakeholders
You have experience working in a cross-functional environment
You have availability to flex your schedule to respond to emergencies, as needed
You have a Threat Manager or similar industry certification

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Emergency Management, Risk Management, Security, or related field and 2 years experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area OR 4 years experience in security, emergency management, risk management, law enforcement, fire service, or related area.
