What you'll do...
Analyzes and manages individual market service provider financial results against goals by compiling divisional financial results for senior leadership presentations; identifying factors involved in driving performance and achieving stated goals; developing and maintaining cost reduction solutions; and communicating with service provider business entities (for example, Carrier Relations team, transportation managers) to ensure financial goals are met.
Develops and manages reporting metrics of port and network service providers by creating forecast documentation; providing summaries of inbound and outbound carrier performance; creating and analyzing exceptions reports; and communicating with corporate teams to address and resolve exceptions.
Manages and monitors day-to-day service provider (for example, Drayage, Origin Service, ocean carrier) operations performance in relation to key performance metrics (for example, lead time, productivity, accuracy, on-time delivery) by developing and communicating metrics evaluating the performance of service provider operations; and working with and directing the team in creating or enhancing value-added processes that shorten the supply chain or reduce cost (for example, street turns).
Manages port and service provider procedures and regulatory compliance by collaborating with cross functional teams (for example, Global Security, Direct Import Customs) to understand and ensure process control and compliance in order to create consistent standard operating procedures; creating reports on procedure compliance; providing guidance to field teams on port and service provider compliance and issue resolution; and documenting gaps.
Manages the movement of containers from port by executing direction from various corporate entities (for example, merchants, Customs, Global Security) for container delivery or exceptions (for example, priority, hold); communicating the directions to transportation managers; updating systems; tracking the movement of containers to ensure delivery compliance; and engaging with ports and carriers to facilitate container movement.
Manages the web-based container visibility tool by conducting systemic updates; developing and implementing enhancements; training users (for example, merchants, Replenishment, suppliers); granting user level access; and implementing rollout to additional markets.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management (e.g., Engineering, Transportation, Logistics) or related field and 2 years experience in Supply Chain Management related field OR 4 years experience in Supply Chain Management or related field. 1 year experience with word processing or database applications (e.g., MS-Office, Excel, Access). 2 years of supervisory experience.
