Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
What you'll do...
Develops project management practices by adhering to industry best practices(for example, Agile); contributing to the development and evolution of the Walmart methodologies; and building effective partnerships with the appropriate cross functional teams.
Manages multiple highly complex projects (for example, Workday software releases) with internal and external stakeholders (for example, third-party vendors, Information System Division (ISD), Store Innovations) by driving projects through the lifecycle phases to successful completion. Serving as the project team lead (for example, scrum master); developing and maintaining a project schedule to track milestones; developing and executing plans for managing risk; escalating project-related issues to management according to project guidelines; providing project status reports to stakeholders and management; managing project change control processes; coordinating production issue resolution; and interpreting data to help guide teams towards issue resolution and risk management.
Provides project-related support to project teams by developing project resource plans; determining business readiness for project implementation; managing individual project scope items or activities as part of larger scale projects; and partnering with project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects.

- PMP certifications
- Agile/ Scrum Master certification
- Previous experience working with JIRA or HPALM
- Previous experience testing large software implementations
- Basic working knowledge of Workday
