You’ll sweep us off our feet by:
Customer Experience Optimization: Reviewing basic analytical reports (e.g., click-path, traffic) to identify overall site improvement areas (e.g., search, navigation, filters, product sorting) and opportunities to improve the online customer experience. Reviews customer reviews and informs team of relevant high-level patterns.
Visual Merchandising Presentation: Helping contribute to the quality of the visual merchandising presentation for products within a sub-category by assisting in the preparation of product descriptions, selecting images and linking products based on customer shopping trends. Searches for images and provides input to the mix of images for the sub-category; uploads images and content onto the sites, following protocol for taxonomy.
Category Review and Monitoring: Assisting in monitoring online presence for products within a sub-category across multiple websites by gathering information and providing to others to inform category product mix recommendations. Generates basic reports summarizing site and mobile traffic. Reviews site content for products within a sub-category/section of the site to ensure it is accurate and relevant. Maintains product sub-category data to determine conversion rates for multiple products and/or sub-category.
Collaboration: Collaborating across sub-category team to understand promotional calendars and seasonal events or campaigns and share merchandising data and information that that will help drive site performance. Shares observations about sub-category site traffic and visual presentation themes with category management team.
Providing and supporting the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
Modeling compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
Demonstrating up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
