As the Specialist II for for eComm Marketing team, you support our members by giving them the best in class shopping experience on samsclub.com. You'll be responsible for end-to-end project execution for your category area and work with cross-functional partners to implement operations for many programs ranging from seasonal campaigns, online promotions execution, to data pulling.
What you'll do... Specialist II for eComm Marketing has an integral part in shaping the customer site experience by overseeing the Homepage and Member's Mark operations. They'll drive impact, improvement and innovation to create a truly frictionless member and help our eCommerce business.

You'll make an impact by:
• Supporting the Homepage and Member's Mark division strategy through day-to-day site operations, optimizing placement of products and categories to maximize discoverability and improve the member's shopping journey
• Performing site quality audits, reviewing content for accuracy, and testing site usability across various campaigns, channels, and platforms
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Marketing, Content & Creative) to deliver an exemplary experience for campaigns and promotional events
• Analyzing site metrics and leveraging data to construct coherent stories and make timely business decisions
• Demonstrating an understanding of operations best practices and constantly thinking of ways to improve the existing operation processes for efficiencies.
Preferred Qualification:
• 1+ years related experience in Merchandising, Site Merchandising, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in consumer-focused e-commerce environment
• Strong customer obsession focused on building the right site experience for our customer
• Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable making data-driven decisions
• Ability to set clear team objectives and performance measures
• Ability to select and develop a team of future leaders
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
• Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
