Customer Success & Analytics Solutions Data Strategy & Insights/Global Tech

The Principal for Customer Success & Analytics role is a critical position focused on becoming a trusted partner and delivering value through data for our customers. You will use your skills to understand our customers' businesses and provide data solutions that help solve their challenges. As a Principal you will ensure our customers' data needs and pain points are addressed by providing outstanding service, assistance and knowledge of the Data Strategy & Insight team's capabilities.
You will solve customer issues with data solutions that positively impact their business by building highly engaged relationships, crafting solutions that solve critical priorities, ensuring our offerings are understood and driving value, serving as a first line of defense for data-related topics and by collaborating with our other tech and engineering teams to resolve customer obstacles.

Anticipating and actively monitoring customers' business vision, direction, plans, culture and project environment, and identifies opportunities to enhance these with data and analytics capabilities.
Influencing business teams to refine and redefine value propositions, to drive digital transformations through incorporation of data capabilities.
Supporting business case development and drives delivery of work that has meaningful return to the business.
Driving growth and data-driven improvement across the engagement to increase value through journey building, customer engagement and adoption of data offerings and capabilities.
Providing inputs into business strategy development with business and functional leaders.
Defining and implementing customer engagement strategy and best practices.
Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to gain an understanding of complex organizational problems, and partners with analytics solutions and other Data Strategy & Insights team to formulate and deliver data driven solutions.
Leading periodic reviews of the past, present, and future of data programs with Data Strategy & Insight (DSI) customers.
Ensuring a complete, consistent, and integrated experience for DSI offerings.
Monitoring the industry for developments in data and analytics capabilities, and presents to customer to drive incremental value.
