Process Lead II (Workday)

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

• Correct complex issues by using in-depth analytics reviews across multiple systems; calculating and inputting transactions that affect Workday and legacy systems data; reconciling data on legacy HR systems with Workday; and transactional system inputs to identify and resolve transaction discrepancies; conducting complex root cause analysis and research to identify and resolve causes for issues presented by customers or control procedures; coordinating documentation retrievals for compliance and audit requests; submitting reconciliations, reporting; coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to understand associate data entries, gather relevant information, and validate data and reconciliations.
• Expert in consulting, quality controls, critical thinking, comfortable in solving for the unknown, fast pace environment, secure employee data, business trends identification and analysis, large data transactions.
• Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Workday transactions and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
• The following technical proficiencies are recommended: coding, knowledge management, database SQL, XML, high technical aptitude, database architecture understanding and functional interactions, systems governance and consulting.
• Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities. Collaboratively and cooperatively work with team(s) to resolve complex Workday cases and incidents.
• Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; demonstrating Workday best practices and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
• Perform Workday transactions pertaining to associate personal data, compensation updates, leave of absence issues, associate organization movement, associate performance management and terminations. Troubleshoot and correct user data, and systems access. Run audit reports.
• Provides administrative support by assisting leadership and management with training to other team members; function as team lead on special projects and review of data; establishing agenda for team, customer and stakeholder meetings; researching impact of process changes and communicates changes to leadership; ensuring adherence with business process controls; analyzing data to establish root cause; facilitating validation of system postings; educating business partners on best practices to drive compliance across the business; and supporting special projects and implementations.
• Manages Workday cases and incidents, working with support teams to ensure compliance.
• 5 years experience with HR Systems/Database technical support,  5 years Workday experience, 5 years database concepts experience, 1 year coding experience, 4 years ServiceNow experience, 5 years Microsoft Office experience with an intermediate level of Excel knowledge.

KSA: 5 years experience with HR Systems/Database technical support,  5 years Workday experience, 1 year coding experience, 4 years ServiceNow experience, 5 years Microsoft Office experience with an intermediate level of Excel knowledge, 3 years experience with AGILE.
