Platform Operations Manager of Item Operations, Item Catalog

- You are quick learner and able to utilize tools and create playbooks to help resolve item catalog issues raised by merchants and suppliers.
- You possess the ability to build relationships with merchant partners and gain expertise in specific business areas in order to effectively consult and train on item setup and maintenance activities.
- You possess strong analytics skills used to identify root cause, quantify impact, mitigate risk, recognize trends, and detect inefficiencies.
- You can effectively prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple complex issues and drive to resolution .
- You possess the technical skills to retrieve, summarize, and visualize complex data and processes (ex. SQL, Excel, Access, Visio, PowerPoint)
- You have strong written and verbal communication experience; Ability to develop and deliver easily understood messages/materials from highly complex systems/processes.
- You strive to understand the end-to-end user experience, technology systems and integration .
- You have high organizational EQ and can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
As the Platform Operations Manager of Item Operations, Item Catalog, you'll be collaborating with merchants and/or suppliers to ensure key milestones are met for item setup and maintenance, performing in-depth root cause analysis and issue resolution. You will work with Tech Operations to deliver technical solutions for complex item setup issues. You will identify anybusiness-specific item setup needs notaccounted for within iSAM/360 and document for Product and Tech Teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.1 year's experience working in cross-functional teams.
Must Haves:
- Strong analytical skills, capable of telling a story with data analysis and impacting business through advanced data analysis
- Ability to identify and react to changing business needs while determining tasks, prioritizing multiple demands and ensuring execution in a timely manner
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships, influence perceptions and initiate change
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency that motivates others to complete responsibilities and achieve goals with excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Suite skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, Teams, etc.
- Strong critical thinking skills and judgment
Nice to Haves:
- Experience creating and presenting progress metrics, presenting to company leadership
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in one of the following areas: item catalog, retailing, supply chain, system development, merchandising, replenishment, logistics, transportations, store operations, or related field.
- Experience writing queries using SQL, Alteryx, Access, etc.
