You’ll make an impact by…

• Builds collaborative relationships with key partners across the organization to drive business priorities and deliver successful program management on key initiatives across the program
• Creates and organizes high-impact, high-visibility, cross-team programs to meet business strategic objectives and key results; looks left to right across the organization to draw out insights, drive efficiencies and solutions to business problems to ensure the team is setup to meet business goals.
• Drives informed decision-making and ensures resolution of critical issues by partnering with senior leaders to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues within the business
• Creates communication strategy and content to educate stakeholders, sponsors, and leadership on program requirements, milestones, goals, and progress
• Interprets and utilizes information for one or more initiative work streams by using various analytical methodologies; prioritizes assignments and recommends program changes to stakeholders based on data; persuades cross-functional teams / stakeholders to implement changes

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams.
