What you'll do...
The Inkiru team's mission is to detect and prevent Fraud in real time and enable a safe shopping experience for all our customers, be it online, in-store.
We are a team of passionate Engineers, Data scientists and Product managers who love to challenge each other but work together to build a platform to find the proverbial needle in a haystack. As a Software DevOps Engineer on the team, you will be responsible for development, deployment, monitoring and support of large hybrid cloud infrastructure that powers our innovative Realtime Predictive Analytics platform.
The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You are a self-starter with an incredible ability to get things done. You are detail oriented and have strong organizational skills. You are comfortable wearing multiple hats (SysEng, NetEng, DBA, Dev, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Participate in upgrades and new installations of the platform in hybrid cloud environments.
Maintain and enhance build and deploy frameworks to ensure seamless release of software
Manage and Proactively improve monitoring of the infrastructure and platform.
Participate in on-call support, troubleshoot issues and provide swift resolution.
Develop tools to improve operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
4+ years of experience supporting hybrid private/public systems.
Strong Linux fundamentals and bash scripting skills,
Strong knowledge of Ansible
Strong knowledge of build and deployment tools/frameworks such as Git, Jenkins
Solid experience with deploying and managing monitoring software such as Nagios, Logstash, Graylog or Zabbix.
Experience supporting cloud infrastructure in Azure/GCP.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Design/Install/Maintain of Relational DBs such as MySql and/or NoSQL DBs such as Mongo, Cosmos, Redis.
Experience supporting Messaging/Queuing infrastructure such as Kafka.
Experience with deploying and managing APM frameworks such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics or New Relic.
Experience deploying and managing Elasticsearch
Experience with container technologies such as Docker, Packer or Kubernetes.
Experience supporting Messaging/Queuing infrastructure such as Kafka.
