The Contact Center is a critical part of our business for Sam's Club as the core communication for Members when things go right or wrong.
What you will do
As a Resolution Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we provide an amazing experience to every Member, by providing timely resolutions, and world class member service.
You will sweep us off our feet if
- You are comfortable in supporting day to day tasks, while also executing impactful business decisions directly affecting the members and our business
- You enjoy learning about the latest member insights, market trends, and product introductions
- You are a problem solver: you can think outside the box for best resolutions for our members.
- You are a member advocate, looking for the best possible solutions for our members.
You'll make an impact by:
- Ownership of your calls and incidents assigned to you until you reach a resolution that the member is agreeable to.
- Working cross functionally with our merchants, suppliers and supply chain key stakeholders.
