This is a temporary role with the assignment lasting a minimum of one year. This is a great opportunity to learn the world of Compliance and Ethics at one of the largest retailers. The role is located in Bentonville, AR and will be remote until further guidance.
Provides assistance to department with calendars and organizes meeting activities by helping managers and team with scheduling, maintaining, and updating calendar events; resolving scheduling and meetings; assisting with planning and coordination of department or divisional activities and meetings; and managing, maintaining, and scheduling meeting rooms.
Evaluating and submitting supply requests within department budget; ensuring office equipment is maintained; acting as a coordinator or liaison for visiting associates and guests; receiving, interpreting, and processing invoices and expense reports; planning and preparing for key events or dates; monitoring deadlines and communicating between relevant partners; scheduling travel-related activities; and coordinating and monitoring completion of department or business-related processes.
Ensures regulatory compliance by managing the brand process by gathering required documentation from suppliers or global sourcing; entering brand information into the system; advising key stakeholders that the brand is available.
Coordinates activities of different departments by serving as a key contact to internal and external stakeholders on matters related to purchase orders, templates, and revisions; updating distribution lists; writing and updating procedures in collaboration with management to ensure accuracy of processes ; providing support for buy trips.
Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools; determining customer needs and business priorities; coordinating and executing work assignments; providing advice, feedback, and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved; and modeling and helping others with how to adapt to change or new challenges.
Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; analyzing and applying information from multiple sources; monitoring progress and results; and identifying and addressing improvement opportunities.
