Defining, leading, and driving processes and strategies for the Product organization.
Executing portfolio and program management.

Managing roadmaps, aligning business and technical needs, analyzing data, turning insights into actionable initiatives, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks.
Crafting and developing solutions to large business challenges you will communicate business and customer needs to key partners.
Building an inclusive team environment.
Evaluating the effectiveness of initiatives and improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness with participating stakeholders.
Enabling yourself and your teams to execute, removing roadblocks and creatively finding ways to achieve your goal.
We're looking for a dynamic leader who has
Strong sense of political navigation with an ability to influence up, down and across to get work done.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Working knowledge of both product and agile methodologies to lead transformational work across the team and support a center of excellence.
Worked behind the scenes to solve problems, mediate disputes, and deal with issues before they are brought to thechief executive.
Acted as a confidant and advisor to thechief executive, acting as a sounding board for ideas.
