Walmart's Enterprise Architecture team empowers a community of thousands of engineers who conquer large-scale, complex, and diverse technical challenges to improve the lives of people around the world. We are a small but influential group of accomplished architects who foster a vibrant community of product and technical leaders and develop strategies that guide them in the realization of our modern technology platform. Daily, we collaborate to define technology strategies, guide engineering teams as they implement those strategies, drive engineering process improvements, and evaluate technologies to identify opportunities for strategic innovation. We amplify, connect, and empower engineers across Global Tech, using our holistic perspective to combat Conway’s Law and unite them together as one loosely coupled, highly aligned team.

Walmart’s EA team is seeking seasoned architects to shape and lead the evolution of our modern platform. • Are passionate about sharing your hard-earned wisdom from years of hands-on engineering and architecture experience in developing, operating, and continuously improving multiple robust, performant, and scalable technology platform components

• Consistently drive value by recognizing opportunities for improvement in enterprise-wide engineering process or product and capitalizing on them by exerting broad influence to inspire and align stakeholders

• Confidently drive clarity in any initiative or discussion by helping everyone articulate, align, and focus on the problems that need to be solved and collectively discern the path forward
