The Product Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing the product strategy for adata insights-centered product.
Deeply understand user & internal user needs and Jobs to be Done
Driveuser experience(UX)research and workshops, developing personas and user journeys
Lead product strategy,visionand roadmap
Ensure product requirements are documented and followed from start to finish
Plan releases with Scrum Master/Scrum Team and ensure timely delivery of capabilities
Test new capabilities and functionality to understand viability and impact
Measure, analyze & grow product usage, adoption andnetpromoter score(NPS)
What you will do
Launch & Grow a New Data Product Product Management Fundamentals:
Develop & evolve personas, journeys and evolve the product value proposition
Backlogdevelopment, stewarding all product requirements
Workingwith Scrum Master/team to ensure release planning is done effectively
Sprintplanning and retro/demos are conducted successfully and consistently
DrivingScrum Team accountability and advocating for the user
Product front end requirements & testing:
DirectUX designers and front-end developers to ensure design objectives are achieved and support/align to user stores and acceptance criteria.
Ensureall final designs implemented are tested and improve product key performance indicators (KPIs).
Helptranslate brand guidelines into product style guidelines, while remaining consistent to product experience strategy. Ensure team follows design standards.
Create & steward product KPIs:
Implementa rigorous test and learn process for evaluating product updates before pushing to production and then incorporate relevant learnings into the product roadmap.
Develop& manage KPIs for product reporting, coordinate with project management (PMO) to ensure tracking and reporting capabilities are in place.
Growproduct utility, usage and satisfaction: From NPS to exit survey to daily active users (DAU) and other clickstream-driven engagement metrics, develop a holistic view of user experience and methodology for translating this data into improvements that grow adoption and usage.
Executivereporting: support ongoing updates to leadership on product status, progress and health/KPIsin a way that is clear, concise and focused on transparently communicating the situation, complication and resolution.
Workwith team leads to develop OKRs and align KPIs to OKRs
Candidate(s) profile
7-10 years of product management experience; strong in product design, growth and measurement
Ability to manage products within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Passion for data analytics and experience as a business user/consumer of data/analytics
Experience in digital media and eCommerce a plus
Experience leading others
