The Benefits Strategy & Development team is accountable for driving membership growth by expanding the Walmart+ value proposition through the creation of new member benefits and offers.

We are looking for a talented Senior Manager I to support development and execution of Walmart+ benefits within key verticals. The ideal candidate is someone who can combine a member-first mindset with a bias for action to quickly drive results for our members and for the business. This individual must be a team player and must be able to collaborate with and influence partners across the organization.

What you’ll do…

  • Support all stages of new benefit development (from concept to validation, to production through launch) for select strategic verticals; independently drive key workstreams within execution and launch phase.
  • Collaborate with Business Development & Partnerships team on execution of third-party partner benefits.
  • Own benefits pipeline process: Source new ideas, recommend opportunities to evaluate and pursue and drive resulting project kickoffs.
  • Analyze business metrics and member behavior to ensure new benefits are being utilized and are adding value to Walmart+ members. Drive continuous optimization and improvement of existing benefits by identifying areas of opportunity and securing buy-in from key partner teams to further pursue.
  • Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open-Door Policy.
