What You’ll Do:

You will be charged with helping develop and implement the Market Strategy and Market Optimization processes that supports Asset Strategy and Management under the US Realty business. You will provide program management expertise and help develop new ways to communicate our data-driven approach into a compelling vision for the future.

An ideal candidate has demonstrated competency in working with and understanding complex data sets and projects and will possess strong communication and story-telling skills; in addition to well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. This position will be in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment where you will be handling multiple concurrent projects while working independently and, in a team, setting.

• Help build and execute the strategy for Market Optimization and develop new asset opportunities with cross functional teams (for example, Portfolio Management, Supply Chain, Automation, Health and Wellness, and Fuel teams)
• Understand data methodologies and synthesize data content into compelling business strategies
• Perform statistical analysis of data
• Use data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns 
• Prepare compelling visuals and presentations to help move our market strategy forward
• Use tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as maps, slides, and graphs
• Organize and transform information into comprehensible structures and compelling stories
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Identify and recommend new ways to drive profitable growth

Option 2: Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 1 year's experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field. Option 3: 5 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
