The role will provide decision support for functional groups by developing financial forecasts, assisting with business solution support, leading ad-hoc projects and analyzing financial impact of technologies, systems, and processes. Help business partners understand key financial interdependencies and proactively highlight opportunities and risks.
You’ll make an impact by:
Financial Analysis – Assist Director with annual operating plan; supporting the annual planning process with business leadership; working with business leadership to identify risks to not achieving financial targets; providing reporting ad-hoc requests; reviewing performance to plan and updating forecasts; assisting with month-end close, consolidation, reporting, and variance analyses; and providing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reports connecting operational metrics to financial results on a daily or weekly basis.
Producing Informative Financial Materials – Creating and presenting financial information to Technology partners in clear and concise manner via automated tools, power point, excel, dashboards or email.
Continuous Process Improvement – Supporting our transformation journey by proposing and presenting solutions and process improvements to senior management for approval; and analyzing and preparing support information for new systems/process or enhancements.
Gaining An Understanding Of Tech – Demonstrating ability to learn and keep up-to-date an understanding of Technology and new and creative solutions to help the Tech org make the best choices for the business.

3+ years’ experience in Analytics, Planning, Business Management, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 3 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 5 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area
1 year of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects
Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency
