Senior Manager I, Operations, Ecomm- Customer Strategy (Last Mile Delivery)

Last Mile Delivery works on fulfilling customer demand for everything in the store at the comfort of their home. We want our customers to have every option available to shop for their needs: wherever, whenever and however they want it. We are leveraging technology we have within our company and managing partnerships as needed to give our customers the convenience they want when shopping.

As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will be key to growing our last-mile program. The Last Mile Delivery team is focused on building out a new proposition to fulfill the delivery segment from Walmart directly to the end consumer. You will own strategic projects focused on the end customer from conception to execution to help grow the foundation and breadth of our business while partnering with our product team and external stakeholders.

You’ll Make An Impact By

• Driving strategic projects end-to end and partnering cross-functionally with different stakeholders within the company; these initiatives are focused on building out foundational capabilities and business growth/cost reduction.
• Building out business cases and completing ad-hoc analyses to pitch new ideas.
• Thinking through A/B experiments and pilots to test out new ideas and/or capabilities.
• Measuring success based on defined metrics and identify business gaps/opportunities.
• Promoting team culture by engaging in activities that support company values, culture, diversity, learning and development.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 – 8 years of experience in areas of strategy, business operations, or finance at a fast-growing tech company/start-up or management consulting at a top-tier firm
• Bachelor’s degree
• MBA strongly preferred
• Resourceful self-starter who can drive projects autonomously
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication and negotiation skills
• SQL knowledge
• Proven track record of leading projects/initiatives and a team
• Executive level storyboarding and presentation skills
