- Can drive informed decision making on projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues.
- Have the skills to solicit, evaluate, and apply suggestions to simplify or enhance the business processes.
- Engage business partners on new programs and initiatives, serving as a liaison between the Home Office and Stores
- Are capable of building relationships with senior leadership and cross functional partners to ensure the ongoing alignment of change initiatives with current and future business needs.
- Will promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business or related field
- 5-6 years' experience in retail management
- Operational execution experience
- Experience to have used product / technology as enabler
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
