The Staff PM is critical role in shaping both the customer and seller experience for resolving issues in post purchase journey for Walmart Marketplace orders. You will define vision and experience of how customers and sellers interact to effectively solve customer issues in timely manner. We’re looking for a dynamic Staff Product Manager who will develop product strategy, and roadmap by compiling and analyzing customer & seller feedback, site usage, market research, and competitive analysis to drive compelling experiences for Customer & Seller experience. They will collaborate with multiple teams to develop and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions, and present product strategy to leadership. They will drive the discussions with tech counterpart and architects to evaluate the need for new infrastructure investments to scale the solutions across markets.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and defining objectives and key results

    • Driving roadmap prioritization, by aligning business and technical needs, analyze user and product data, and driving the end-to-end product implementation process 

    • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to defines success metrics, drive go-to-market strategy and adoption, drive product feature enhancements

    • Conducting user research and surveys by synthesizing customer and sellers pain points; analyze and visualize large amount of data into actionable insights and be an advocate of metric-driven decision-making process

    • Coordinating post-launch activities to validate that the new features work as designed, collect customer/seller feedback

    • Moving fast within our agile and iterative team environment. 

    • Being a product champion, participating in, and contributing to, various product forums to share knowledge and build best practices.
