As part of the W+ Customer Product team, your charter will be to build ideal experiences for members who leverage our services across their many needs. You’ll leverage the best and latest tools to facilitate remote teams and work with teams who develop experiences that have changed the industry including the mobile app, online grocery experience, curbside, and Walmart+. In this role, you will…

• Define, develop, and enhance core membership platform capabilities and bring these to life in partnership with partners across the Walmart ecosystem, as we build the largest membership on the planet.
• As the mini-CEO of your portfolio, you will build product roadmaps and create PRDs, aligning business and technical needs, and turning customer insights into actionable initiatives.
• Responsible for determining rollout strategy, manage risks, and evolve these capabilities to operate at Walmart-scale.
• Build collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
• Test and Learn – you will define A/B tests with your analytics partners, measure success, suggest improvements, iterate on your products and features, and tell compelling stories with data and UX

• You have experience building scalable platforms and are comfortable discussing technical architecture details
• You like digging into data and doing analyses
• You’re excited about solving complex challenges
• You’re customer-centric in spirit and in execution
• You’re comfortable influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly
• You have a test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve your team’s products

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management/development
• Experience building digital products/features in partnership with design, engineering, key stakeholders
• Experience working with business and marketing stakeholders on a day-to-day basis
• Experience making data-driven product decisions and defining product strategy
