Join Financial Services Compliance to assist in protecting the customers of the world’s largest retailer from fraud. The Consumer Fraud Senior Manager role is a critical leader in a first-class anti-fraud program who will be responsible for leading multiple projects with various business partners to mitigate fraud. You will be responsible for analyzing large amounts of financial services transaction data to identify and mitigate fraud risk. You will be helping to ensure AML, fraud and financial crime regulations are being followed and to help develop corresponding training strategies and awareness material.
You’ll make an impact by:
Having a strong knowledge of AML/Fraud typologies
Having a strong knowledge of the financial services products and services offered by Walmart.
Utilizing a strong set of analytical skills to identify fraud and operational risk
Helping to evolve the anti-fraud program to further mitigate fraud risk
Assisting in the creation of strategies to identify fraud and operational risk
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
You’ll sweep us off our feet if…
You’re a subject matter expert in U.S. AML regulations and risk management practices, consumer fraud and consumer financial protection requirements
You have experience spanning across financial industries focused on the consumer/retail customer
You have experience with FinTech services and products, or with a Money Services Business (MSB)
You’re process-minded and look for opportunities to streamline for improved efficiency and effectiveness
You have strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders
You have experience working in cross-functional teams within a matrix environment
You have a professional industry certification such as a CFE, CAMS or CFCS
