  • Coordinating the integration of new technologies into existing systems and processes to improve supply chain risk identification and mitigation.

  • Finding efficiencies and applying more effective data and reporting methodologies, leveraging internal and external data in support of understanding and communicating risks in our supply chain.

You'll sweep us off our feet if...

  • You have experience coordinating successful projects between technology partners and project customers.

  • You are organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • You have experience with supply chain compliance programs and working in global cross-functional teams.

  • You are never satisfied and always striving for continuous improvement.

  • You have knowledge of (or interest in) how Walmart buys, sources, and imports products, but recognize that the way we do this around the world is changing fast.

  • You have the confidence to step into and lead through complex issues with diverse stakeholders, and the humility to recognize that the best approaches and ideas could come from anywhere.

  • You have strong communication skills to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders, and are particularly capable at simplifying complex concepts and technologies.

  • You take a "customer-first", empathetic approach to recognizing and resolving problems.

  • You proactively build trust and camaraderie on your teams.

  • You demonstrate excellent emotional intelligence.

  • You use a data-driven approach to decision making and critical thinking.

  • You successfully manage through change and uncertainty.
