Senior Manager I, Supply Chain Management - Learning & Communication

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

• Manages change initiatives by implementing transformational change and processes; validating value and priority; driving project plans to implement processes; assisting with assessment of readiness for change; managing expectations; adjusting approaches to have change adopted by the entire supplier organization; and ensuring timely project management from pilot to the execution stage.

• Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects related to Supplier Learning Platform for Supplier Compliance Programs by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.

• Provides communication expertise for the business by leading cross-functional communication teams; creating and providing status updates to key leaders; counseling functional area leaders and associates on writing and executing effective communications; and managing competing communication priorities for assigned business areas.

• Develops and manages strategic communications (such as Retail Link / Wiki Content) across the business by consulting with senior company leadership and participating in cross functional teams to determine appropriate communication strategy and evaluate business needs and desired outcomes; ensuring continuity of business plans; serving as a stakeholder and as a communication subject matter expert in initiatives; drafting, designing, reviewing, and editing communications and presentations; advising on the creation of communication elements related to the divisional plan; and developing and executing plans to distribute communications.

• Provides recommendations to management by reviewing feedback; assessing risks; collaborating with cross-functional partners to develop program enhancements; managing the reporting and communication of key performance metrics; ensuring alignment across functional units; and communicating strategic direction to stakeholders

• Oversees relationships with external parties by serving as the main point of contact for external partners ; communicating expectations and agreements to external partners; consolidating and communicating relevant findings and information to external stakeholders; leading audit processes to ensure external partners comply with company standards and agreements; utilizing quarterly scorecards to measure and correct performance ; and assisting senior leadership with the selection of service providers.

• Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.

• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.

• Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.

• Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 3 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 5 years' experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
2 years' experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
