Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Develop and manage data analyses, as well as interactive products and processes that enable Walmart US Energy and Facilities Maintenance leverage data for business value.  Ideal candidates are self-starters who are curious, willing to learn and want to get big things done by identifying the challenge, scoping the approach, engaging the stakeholders, prioritizing tactics, managing change and executing professionally, both as an individual contributor and as a matrixed team lead or participant.  Additional elements of the job include, but are not limited to:

• Data-driven analyses and insights reporting to help support business strategies;

• Business strategies based on knowledge of the business and collaborating with internal and external business partners;

• Development of tactics and execution approaches based on business analyses and best practices;

• Development, analysis and implementation of business processes, partnering with internal and external stakeholders;

• Execution of prioritized tactics and strategies, including technology development/implementation and change management, both as an individual contributor and in a matrixed team;

• Building of relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization to support business plans and objectives;

• Business outcomes across different plans and projects through identifying opportunities, determining feasibility through data analysis and stakeholder engagement, assessing the financial and physical performance, establishing timelines, priorities, workflows, written communications and customer and operational requirements;

• Performance standards, progress measurement and interventions or contingency plans as needed;

• Promotion/Support for company and departmental policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.

As permitted by applicable law, provide evidence of full vaccination as defined by CDC guidelines OR secure approval of medical or religious accommodation for the vaccination mandate., Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. 2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
