What you'll do...

About the Team/Position

As the Senior Manager II, Business Analysis and Insights - Performance & Value, People Services you will develop OKRs, performance metrics and a governance routine that drives accountability for value within the People Services organization.

• Tie operational and business performance to productivity and financial outputs
• Up to date expertise in business analysis tools, techniques and have strong financial acumen
• Experience leveraging data to identify business performance trends
• Ability to influence and drive action plans across all levels

You’ll make an impact by…

• Building strong relationships across Enterprise Business Services (EBS) and People Services leadership to understand business strategy and key objectives while partnering with leadership to develop OKRs and value-oriented business metrics for the People Services teams.
• Measuring and monitoring performance via OKRs and track value realization through data and analytics to drive accountability with leadership
• Analyzing performance data to identify trends and manage action plans for off-track performance indicators
• Representing People Services to the broader EBS leadership on progress and outputs of OKRs tied to operational and business performance
• Tying operational and business performance metrics to productivity and "hard" financial outcomes. You will drive change management strategies, champion transformational initiatives, and bring new ideas and innovative approaches to the Workforce Transition Support team.
• Providing data-driven analysis and insights to help support business strategies by evaluating ongoing analytical needs; reporting data-based insights in a uniform manner; reporting on business strategies; collaborating with internal and external business partners to build a consistent and accurate strategy for using data-driven insights.
• Developing business strategies by recommending initiatives based on data; implementing processes based on recommended strategies; partnering with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategies; reassessing strategies to adjust to feedback and meet results; building relationships with stakeholders to support strategic growth plans; and creating summaries identifying past, current, and future business plans and objectives.
