The Senior Manager II of Central Site Operations is a critical leader responsible for managing product roadmaps, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and accelerating omni strategic initiatives focused on growth and profit. You'll draw insights from user behavior, industry trends, and metrics that we'll lean on to drive business decisions. You'll do all the above while working alongside one of the fastest growing eCommerce businesses, creating digital experiences for millions of members.

You'll make an impact by:

• Operating with relentless excellence: You'll be responsible for establishing a disciplined and cross-functional way of working that enables both speed and predictability in eCommerce roadmaps.

• Driving sustainable growth initiatives: You'll collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions that fuel profitable eCommerce growth.

• Managing third-party relationships: You'll manage new and existing partnerships that fuel growth and drive differentiated omni capabilities.

• Change management - You'll enable omni change initiatives by identifying and defining desired change and processes; validating value and priority; driving project plans to implement processes; assessing readiness for change; managing expectations; adjusting approaches to have change adopted by the entire organization; and ensuring timely project management from concept to the execution stage.

You'll sweep us off our feet if:

• You have an incredible focus on operational excellence and getting the fundamentals right and can identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement through clearly defined performance metrics and dashboarding

• You build trust quickly and are detail-oriented , creating impact through partnership as well as ownership.

• You have demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related area and 5 years' experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, or related area.
7 years' experience in eCommerce merchandising, site operations, business management, or related area.
2 years' supervisory experience.
As permitted by applicable law, provide evidence of full vaccination as defined by CDC guidelines OR secure approval of medical or religious accommodation for the vaccination mandate.
